Creativity and Forest Bathing Showcase
Works by VA 395C students
July 3 to July 12 2019
VA 395C “Expanding the Creative Process Through Art of Forest Bathing” is a special topics course, supported by the Fund for Innovative Teaching. It was offered for this first time this summer, delivered completely outdoors, with a tent on campus serving as the “classroom”. A series of field trips to local landmarks combined physical activity such as hiking and yoga, with creative activities designed to deepen student’s connection with their creative health. Join us to see student’s finial project and learn more about the activities of the course.
